Descripción
El módulo «Comunicación intraorganizacional y gestión de equipos» responde a la pregunta de qué pueden hacer las empresas para fomentar el comportamiento intraempresarial de sus empleados. Aparte de la globalización, un entorno más competitivo ejerce presión sobre las empresas para que sean más innovadoras. El intraemprendimiento puede ayudar aquí. La mejora de la comunicación intraorganizacional y la gestión de equipos conduce a un mayor grado de comportamiento intraemprendedor.
