1. The effective acceptance by INTERNET WEB SOLUTIONS, S.L., of the service is conditional upon the issuance of the invoice.

2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: This contract is for the provision of broadcasting services for advertising and Internet services for INTERNET WEB SOLUTIONS, S.L., on payment of a fee for the advertiser, this in the terms set forth in the General Conditions and the Contract for the provision of broadcasting services for advertising and Internet services.

3. DURATION OF CONTRACT: This contract will have duration particularly indicated in the Contract to provide broadcasting services for advertising and Internet services, although as a general rule, if not indicated anything about it, the term annuity means from the contract date of the order of publication of advertising and Internet services.
